Located in the heart of Adelaide, Uniting Communities’ award-winning, innovative U City ‘vertical village’ is committed to creating a vibrant integrated community. And they were keen to get it right from the very start.

The outcome

We rolled out the Conpago platform to coincide with their launch, embedding the service as part of their ongoing Retirement Living service offering.

Conpago enabled Uniting Communities to:

  • Offer residents the ability to book external community services in-app by connecting supplier booking platforms (including Fresh Desk and Zen Desk)
  • Go paperless - newsletters, documents and important notifications and COVID-19 updates were provided online
  • Provide a safe and secure online platform to connect and communicate with fellow residents, their families and friends.
