The integration platformfor the systems you run.
Conpago Alloy connects the platform to your CRM, care, asset and finance systems with fully managed, bi-directional sync. Records flow both ways, so nothing is re-keyed and nothing drifts.
What changes when your systems stop drifting apart

Synced · both ways
Entered once. Current everywhere.
Both directions, automatically
A record entered once appears everywhere it belongs
A maintenance request raised in Conpago lands in your asset system. A resident updated in your CRM is current in Conpago. Staff stop re-keying between systems, and the copies stop disagreeing.
What's inside Alloy
A fully managed integration layer with security at every step. Your IT team can ask us the hard questions.
The secure way in.
Partner systems reach Conpago through the Alloy Gateway. Every inbound request is authenticated with OAuth2 and short-lived tokens, cryptographically signed and verified, and filtered at the network edge.
You're looking at the connections.
Conpago is one platform with two kinds of parts. The Dashboard and the App are the surfaces where your people work, and the engine room runs the work underneath them.
Alloy is how all of it reaches the systems you already run. Workflow Studio runs the work. Alloy is the plumbing it uses to get there, in both directions, with every change on the audit trail.

How you'll use it, day to day
Alloy works in the background. These are the places you'll notice it.
Asset and maintenance
Retirement LivingA request raised in Conpago becomes a work order in your asset platform, and the completion flows back. The Village Retirement Group runs this with Urbanise.
CRM and resident records
Every sectorPeople stay current on both sides. A record updated in your CRM is current in Conpago the same minute, with the change on the audit trail.
Care platforms
Aged CareWhere a clinical system has to stay, Conpago connects alongside it with least-privilege access. The care system keeps doing what it does best.
Finance and the rest
Multi-siteFinance systems, workforce tools and the platforms we haven't met yet. If your stack includes something unusual, that is a conversation, not a dead end.

Book a DemoQuestions operators ask about Alloy
The short answers. Bring your IT team to a demo and we'll go as deep as they like.
Yes. The Alloy Gateway handles secure inbound traffic from partner systems, and the Processing Engine handles outbound sync. A record created or updated on either side is reflected in the other.
Alloy is built to keep operating when external systems are unstable. Durable queues hold data through outages, retries run automatically with backoff, one failed record doesn't block the rest, and nothing fails silently.
OAuth2 authentication with short-lived tokens, cryptographically signed and verified requests, encryption of credentials at rest, least-privilege access per integration, and network edge protection. The platform is ISO 27001 certified.
We do. Alloy is fully managed, so your IT team asks the hard questions and reviews the documentation rather than building connectors.
